Former Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III can be seen speeding dangerously through a residential neighborhood in broad daylight, in an old video that surfaced in media reports this week.
The old video was originally posted to YouTube by Ruggs' girlfriend, Kiara Kilgo-Washington, in September 2020, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
In the harrowing clip, titled "Wild Out Wednesdays," Washington playfully pleads with a giggling Ruggs to slow down as he revs his vehicle's engine and speeds down sleepy suburban streets.

At one point, Ruggs says "you look scared."
"Just don't do it no more," Washington later says. "What you about to do?"
"Launch," Ruggs responds. "What do rockets do? Take off."
Washington then seems to lose control of her phone as the vehicle -- which appears to be the same Chevrolet Corvette Stingray involved in the fatal wreck -- accelerates. She again pleads with Ruggs, this time to take her "back to the house."
The video was captioned "SLOW DOWNNN," with a series of smiley emojis. On Friday morning, it was removed from Washington's YouTube channel, according to the Review-Journal.
Washington, who is Ruggs' longtime partner and the mother of his daughter, was the passenger in the shocking fatal high-speed crash that claimed the life of a 23-year-old woman early Tuesday morning. Social media posts indicated they had been out drinking at an indoor golf course late Monday night.
The couple both suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries in the dramatic wreck. Video from the scene appeared to show a sobbing Ruggs and Washington holding each other in their arms on the street while they watched the vehicle of 23-year-old Tina Tintor burn.
At a court hearing on Wednesday, where he faced the crash victim's family for the first time, Ruggs was in a wheelchair and wearing a neck brace.
Ruggs was charged with felony DUI resulting in death after his BAC was allegedly twice the legal limit. Prosecutors also said a loaded handgun was found in the charred remains of his vehicle after the fiery crash.
At the hearing, Ruggs' attorneys claimed he had "never been in trouble before."
Records showed Ruggs had been issued two traffic citations in Las Vegas, per the Review-Journal -- one for using a phone while driving and the other for failing to update his license after moving from Alabama. He still had an Alabama license at the time of Tuesday's crash.
