More than two years after Los Angeles Angels pitcher Tyler Skaggs died in a Southlake hotel room, prosecutors filed documents with the court yesterday naming seven former teammates who may be called as witnesses.

Next week in Tarrant County, the trial begins for Eric Kay, a former Angels employee suspected of supplying Skaggs with fentanyl that led to the pitcher's death while the Angels were in town for a series against the Texas Rangers.

Prosecutors earlier filed their witness list under seal but the Los Angeles Times objected. Thursday, a federal judge ordered that the list be made public.

The names of Skaggs teammates listed are Andrew Heaney, Mike Morin, Cam Bedrosian, Garrett Richards, Blake Parker, Matt Harvey and C.J. Cron.
