This weekend 97.3 The Fan will be airing two high school football games starting with the (10-2) Central Spartans traveling west to take on the (11-0) Scripps Ranch Falcons for a trip to Southwestern College to play in the CIF Div III Championship game. Coverage will start with Gwynn and Chris broadcasting from Scripps Ranch High School at 3pm before Braden Surprenant and John Kentera take over for the game at 7pm.
Saturday, The Fan will be broadcasting live from Southwestern College for the CIF Open Division Champioship starting at 7pm, as the (10-1) Carlsbad Lancers take on the (10-1) Helix Highlanders. Helix is trying to win their third Open Division Championship and become the first team to win 3 Open Division championships. Carlsbad is looking for their first ever Open Division Championship.
