Moore has emerged as one of the primary candidates for the job, alongside Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich, and defensive coordinator, Todd Bowles.

Under Moore's direction, the Cowboys offense has been one of the most explosive in the NFL for the majority of this season, culminating in a 56-14 blowout of the Washington Football Team on Sunday.

As it stands, the Cowboys currently rank No. 1 in the NFL in total offense, averaging 409.5 yards per game, as well as No. 1 in scoring offense, where they average more than 30 points per contest.

The Dallas offense also ranks No. 3 in passing yards and No. 6 in rushing yards through the first 15 games, despite injuries and setbacks across their skill positions and offensive line.
