Joe Buck is leaving his St. Louis house, but it doesn't look like he's leaving St. Louis.

After reportedly purchasing a $4.5 million mansion in Ladue around six months ago, Buck is selling his $3.3 million home, also in the Ladue area, and it looks as though the sale might be wrapping up pretty soon (via Claudine Zap of Realtor.com).

According to Zap, the property, which Buck bought for $2.36 million in 2013, had only been on the market for four days before multiple offers came in and the listing reached "pending sale" status.

The co-listing agents are Megan Rowe and Julie Buck Brooks (Joe's sister) of Dielmann Sotheby's International Realty, and they described some of the extravagant features to Realtor.com.

”The property is situated on 6 private acres in the heart of Ladue—which is not something you find every day," noted Buck Brooks. "The fantastic outdoor room, with a stone fireplace and pool, provide ample entertaining space."

Rowe added that she saw the home as "the epitome of luxury" and sees it as a unique home due to its inherent luxury despite it's 'ranch'-like feel.

Among the awesome amenities are:

— 15 total rooms, 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom
— Privacy due to it being "tucked away on six private acres"
— Office with "unique barrel ceiling and built-in bookcases"
— Large kitchen with center island and breakfast bar
— Private owner's suite with luxury bathroom, two large closets and a "spectacular view of private acreage"
— Lounge area with wet bar and wine cellar, in addition to two exercise rooms and more on lower level
— Covered patio outdoors with stone fireplace, built-in grill, pool and spa/hot tub

Unfortunately, your voice will not start to sound like Joe Buck if you should be the lucky buyer, who, as it stands, looks to have made a quick purchase of the residence. However, this amazing spot seems to have pretty much everything else you could ask for if you're a family-oriented, fitness-loving sports fan... with a few million bucks on hand.
