President of the Atlantic League, Rick White joined the John Kentera Show on Friday and talked about all the experimental rule changes they will have this season, in accordance with being a partner league with Major League Baseball.

In particular, White talked about the changes when it came to moving the mound back for the second half of the Atlantic League season and how players are responding to it and what some of the outcomes may be.


Rick White also went on to give a report about how the robotic umpires experiment went last year for the Atlantic League. According to White, the system that they used to call balls and strikes was flawless and he goes on to say he expects there to be robot umpires in MLB in the near future.
