With Antonio Brown’s days as a Tampa Bay Buccaneer over, the team could certainly use another wide receiver.
Someone like, say, Terrell Owens?

The Hall of Famer is offering up his services to the Tampa Bay Bucs, saying on the “Getcha Popcorn Ready with T.O. & Hatch” podcast Tuesday that he “absolutely” can step in and play in the postseason.
“I’ve been working out throughout the course of this entire season…there was an owner who reached out to me at the beginning of the season and told me to keep myself in shape in case anything happens and I have done that,” he said. “I feel like, if you think about where they are in the season, they don’t need me for a 16-game season. Three to four games max.”
The latter is an interesting point, but Owens is 48 years old and has not played in an NFL game since 2010.
Owens continued to explain how he has been training and conditioning and that he can indeed go in an “contribute at a high level and be productive” and even said he has tried to get in contact with Tom Brady and anyone on the Bucs.
“At the end of the day, I know that I can do it,” he said. “When you think about this country and what it’s based off of, we are supposed to be a country of second, third, whatever chances Look at the chances AB had… Who’s to say that I can’t go out there and do it?”
Of course, it would be an enormous leap of faith for the Bucs to sign Owens for the playoffs. There are other players who are much younger and have played in the NFL more recently that the Bucs can turn to if they wish.
Coincidentally, Owens sounded off on Twitter about Brown the other day when a fan asked the question which one was the bigger diva?
Owens could not believe he was mentioned in the same sentence as Brown, so maybe he has a bit of a chip on his shoulder to prove that not only he could still play, but also be a better teammate than Brown.
