This past weekend marked the end of Taylor Swift’s six shows at the Singapore National Stadium and it continues to make headlines. Over 300,000 fans attended the sold-out concerts, most traveling from across Southeast Asia due to the exclusivity deal between Singapore and Swift. Now, Eras is projected to bring Singapore over $200 million in travel revenue and a GDP boost of nearly .03% by itself. “If you compute it, it’s too much,” one fan told the Washington Post, “But nothing’s too much for Taylor.” And other fans clearly felt the same, as countless videos show the stadium completely packed with singing and dancing Swifties.

Swift clearly had fun with this leg of the tour as well, from again referencing her “guy on the Chiefs” in the song “Karma” to sightseeing and shopping at a local mall. Boyfriend Travis Kelce was even seen at two of the concerts, where he hilariously danced along to “Look What You Made Me Do” and, in a rom-com-worthy moment, caught Taylor in his arms for a kiss.

“We got to play 6 shows in Singapore for the most wonderful crowds – just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who traveled and put so much effort into being at our shows,” Swift wrote in an Instagram recap. “What an unforgettable way to end this leg of the tour!!”

But don’t be fooled -- Taylor is nowhere near taking a break. The Pop icon will be returning to The Eras Tour this summer, alongside opener Paramore, with a European leg before ultimately ending up in Canada by December 2024. She continued on the post, “See you in May when we get back to the Eras Tour!! In the meantime I’ve got an album to release…”

Her 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department, has remained under tight wraps since she announced it at the GRAMMY Awards last month. But, as we get closer to the April 19 release date, Swift is dropping more of her famous easter eggs. At the moment, we know the album will be 16 tracks long with a different bonus song in each of its different editions. She also announced during her concerts in Singapore that the final bonus track will be named, “The Black Dog” and contain the lyrics “Old habits die screaming.” Two other songs on Tortured Poets are set to be collaborations, with Post Malone on “Fortnight” and Florence + the Machine on “Florida!!!”

It seems like we are officially in a new era, folks, so bring on the greyscale! To hear Taylor anywhere and anytime, be sure to tune into Taylor Swift Radio on the free Audacy app.
