It's a MUST READ as kids get ready to go back to school!
The DO'S & DON'TS OF SCHOOL DROP OFFS.
*DO wait to have your cigarette when you pull away.
*DON'T talk to your child about being ready to get out of the car
*DON'T sit there and watch your child walk down the sidewalk until they pass through the door, while waving and blowing kisses. We all love our children but drop off line needs to be efficient
*DO say your goodbyes before you get to your turn in the line. The last thing parents needs is to wait until you said for 50 million good byes and I love yous
*DON'T hold up the line because your child has to put their coat on after you pull up and don’t get out of the car …. Keep it moving and say your good byes when your 1-2 cars away from stopping at exit point
*DO teach your kids the tuck and roll!
*DO be patient, especially the first week. The teachers don’t need angry parents yelling at them.
*DON'T cut in line
*DON'T blow your horn. Like that is really going to solve the problem
*If it takes more than 30 seconds to a minute for your child to get out of the car, you need to park your car and walk your little one to the door.
*If you have to get out of your car and get your kid out, put their backpack on their back and more- the drop off line is not for you.
