Tell us your pet’s a genius without telling us they’re a genius! Translation: what’s something notably smart they’ve figured out how to do?
Here's a few of the talented pets from today's Rocky & Lissa Show:
Kate…Brady Blade pees on the toilet. (I did not teach him!) I came home from work one day and there he was. (See above video!)
Sarah…My one cat can open most doors if they are unlocked. I've woken up to the front door completely wide open in the middle of the night.
Terrie…My mom was sick and my 4yr old German Shepard knew it before any of us…her senses are spot on!!
Amanda…My rotti has opened the refrigerator door on 2 occasions and ate all of the food.
Joe…Our 5 yr old cocker spaniel figured out how to step on the pedal of our garbage can in the kitchen and open it and try to get any scraps or wrappers.
Leeann…My cat learned to use a light switch. He turns off the bathroom light (the switch is outside the bathroom) so I'll come out and feed him.
Nina…My dog eats corn on the cob like a human.
Amanda…I ask my dog what she needs when she whines at me and she will walk the direction of that she wants. Walks to back door to go out, the sink for water, her bowls for food and the pantry for treats lol
Marianne…My cat knows how to open our balcony door. Sucked when we were out of state on vacation and forgot to lock it.
Missy…I had a cat that had asthma. He would go over to the air conditioner in the window and turn it on and let it blow in his face for a few minutes and then turn it off and walk away.
Elizabeth…My dog can open peanut shells and just eat the peanuts
Kelly…This is Figment. He alerts my daughter to seizures about 7 minutes in advance. This allows her to find a safe place to lie down and avoid injury. He also licks her face to bring her out of a seizure and can go get help if needed. He attended 4 years of college with her.
