Sunday, Sue and I took a road trip to Saugerties, NY to visit Opus 40. Opus 40 is a 6 1/2 acre sculpture garden hand made by artist Harvey Fite over a nearly 40 year period.
Fite purchased a quarry in 1937, and soon made it his life work to stack stone by hand and create a spectacular open-air gallery. It is most definitely worth the 2 1/2 trip from NEPA!
