More than a half-century after the Beatles first and only visit to Dallas, a pocket-size New Testament given to George Harrison will be auctioned off.

The Fab Four came to Dallas for a concert in September of 1964. Each of the Beatles received a copy of the New Testament from the youth group at First Baptist in Dallas.
Now, one of the books inscribed on the rear fly leaf "To George From Teenagers First Baptist Church Dallas" will be sold Saturday by Dallas-based Heritage Auctions.
On the flight out of Dallas after their concert, George re-gifted the New Testament to the band's manager Brian Epstein, writing a note on the front fly leaf saying "To Brian. Happy Birthday. From George, Paul, Ringo and John."
