One man's trash is another man's treasure rings true in Austin. YouTuber Ryan Trahan started with a penny and traded it for a pen. Then he traded the pen for a plastic toy dinosaur which he swapped for a tin of Altoids.
This went on for 30 days, and Trahan was able to get a house out of the deal. He donated the home to a couple. He documented the entire journey of course so you can see how it actually happened.
