Prior to the Dallas Cowboys kickoff for Saturday night's game, Southlake's official police department account Tweeted a funny photo of a guy holding a sign. He was bundled up and appeared to be standing in front of Del Frisco's Grille. A man in the background smiled gleefully as his friend paid off a bet.

The poster read: Worst Fantasy FB player in Southlake. It seems enough people called the police station that they issued a statement. Poking fun at the sports fan, the verified account Tweeted:

"This is not panhandling, this is not solicitation, this is not disorderly conduct, and this is not a crime. This is someone who didn’t draft Dak as their QB this year. Don’t call us on him. Go Cowboys!"
