The Rangers are winding down Spring Training ahead of opening day on Thursday.
There’s still plenty of time for young ballplayers on the club to live out their dream, though.
Rangers manager Skip Schumaker made one of those ballplayers’ dreams come true, right in the middle of the game!
He visited pitcher Carter Baumler while he was on the mound and gave him the news that he made the team’s Opening Day roster!
