The New York Times reports that, at the risk of seeming rude, fewer people are extending handshakes to strangers and friends alike to avoid catching coronavirus. The deadly epidemic is also harming hookups, with people like Terrett Drake taking a break from dating apps. “Two or three days ago, I was like, ‘I don’t want to stand next to strangers on the subway, why would I want to hook up with someone I’ve never met?’” he says. “There is no way to evaluate where they have come from, so it feels like an unnecessary risk.”
What about hookups and Coronavirus?
