Tired of sitting through annoying YouTube ads before you get to watch what you want? Lifehacker just revealed an unbelievably easy way to get rid of them. Lifehacker tested this tech hack and it works, although the website warns that Google, which owns YouTube, "will surely patch" the workaround "at some point."
