Dwayne Johnson is a rock of a dad!

People magazine has whipped up a 100 Reasons to Love America list, and Johnson tops the list at #1.

What makes The Rock so loveable? Well, men of his muscle mass and film fame aren’t usually so humble and go chit-chatting about their daughters, which he did copiously in the 100 Reasons cover story.

The Rock is father to Tia, 3, and Jasmine, 5, with his wife, singer/songwriter Lauren Hashian; and there’s daughter Simone, 19, with ex-wife and business partner, Dany Garcia.

While discussing what he’s gleaned from raising daughters, the 49-year old star said, "just be there. You can be wired, as a lot of fathers are, to fix things. Just having an expanded capacity to listen and be more tender and gentle really gave me that ability to solve whatever the issue is, but with them compared to for them."

At home, he says daughters Jasmine and Tia "are tornadoes and very passionate about how they feel. Lauren and I like raising them in an environment and a culture where there are no limits to life.”

But with an air of responsible dad finger-waving, Johnson adds, “You can do anything you want, and you can achieve anything you want. However, I need you to be flexible with how we get there."

The always relatable man-mountain also sounded like you or me when he talked about staying sane during the pandemic. "It was a shakeup for us," the actor admits. "I did this weird thing every day where I still got up and got dressed like I was getting ready to go someplace. I mean, shoes and all. That helped me psychologically.”

One glance at The Rock would tell you the guy has energy to spare. But his recent spate of activity while raising his brood is impressive nonetheless. As People details, Johnson’s growing business empire includes his Seven Bucks production company, Teremana Tequila, Zoa energy drink, and a partnership with Under Armour.

His next movie, “Jungle Cruise” -- inspired by the Disney amusement park ride and co-starring Emily Blunt -- will debut in theaters and on Disney+ Premier on July 30. Not to mention there’s his biographical sitcom, Young Rock, and the big and little acts of charity he’s always pulling.

Oh, and he was also announced as the most followed man on Instagram last year, so that must’ve pumped up those 100 Reasons algorithms.

"The most important things are right in front of me," Johnson sums up to People. "I am in constant thank-you mode."

Okay, he does sound like he’s at least Top 10 in those reasons to love this country.
