Things have escalated quickly, just days after announcing a new album is imminent on September 18, the singer has shared the first sample, the title track of the album, “Bass Persuades.”
Dripping with swagger, Miley dances into the new era draped in leather and proclaiming, “the kids don’t wanna dance,” almost as a challenge in this synth-strutting new track. It arrives with a Mert Alas directed video, indebted to at least one Madonna visual, with a dash of “Thriller.”
Miley will also make her return to the stage soon, a two-night stand at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on October 16 and October 18. Tickets are available here.
