After being granted temporary protection against former 'Jackass' star, Bam Margera, in May, director Jeff Tremaine has now been granted a restraining order from the actor and skater for three years, according to TMZ.
Tremaine has claimed that Margera has been targeting him in social media, with comparisons to disgraced Hollywood mogul, Harvey Weinstein and threats of violence. Margera allegedly told Tremaine that he and Johnny Knoxville can "pencil in their death certificates" and reportedly made a threat directed at his children, according to TMZ.
Margera was removed from the filming of 'Jackass 4,' which is due out in October due to alleged substance abuse issues. He is now ordered to stay at least 100 feet away and have no contact with Tremaine, his wife, and his children until at least 2024.
