"I work out with my physical therapist every two days, plus I live in a compound with over 100 steps which I’m on daily," Somers told Fox News. "I grow and eat from my organic garden, I meditate, [and] I have love in my life."
The blonde bombshell’s enviable figure is no doubt partly due to her healthy eating habits, which she detailed further.
"[In my fridge I have] a ton of organic fruits and vegetables from my garden, like kale, artichoke, cauliflower, baby lettuce, zucchini, tons of herbs and more," she added.
"Plus, organic protein like chicken, grass-fed beef and lamb chops. And I’m in love with a fruit-a-holic so we always have beautiful fruit. Right now? Amazing watermelons!"
The “Step by Step” star’s so-called “fruit-a-holic” is her husband of more than 40 years, Alan Hamel.
Somers recently showed off the fruits of her wellness regimen by flaunting her toned legs in a pair of Daisy Duke shorts alongside her 25-year-old granddaughter, Camelia Somers.
In the photo, the blonde duo both wore similar denim shorts while posed on a staircase outdoors. Somers paired the cutoffs with a black top and brown hiking boots, while her mini-me was decked out in a tank top and fuzzy slippers that showed off her pedicure.
“Who wears short shorts? Twinning with my granddaughter @cameliasomers! 👯♀️” the septuagenarian captioned the shot.
Whatever Somers is doing, it’s definitely working.
