Guitarist Steven Van Zandt of Bruce Springsteen & The E-Street Band is releasing a new memoir "Unrequited Infatuations" on Tuesday, September 28th. It will be available on Amazon and at retailers.
The book details Van Zandt's life both in and out of music, from his early days meeting Springsteen in New Jersey to his solo career, activism and acting (he played Silvio Dante in HBO's "The Sopranos").
Van Zandt talked with Dave O'Brien about the book; why he left the E-Street Band in the 1980's; whether or not he has seen the new Sopranos prequel movie "The Many Saints Of Newark" and about what kind of dog he has that kept interrupting the conversation!
