Vanessa and her husband are finalizing their wills. They have three kids, and the youngest isn’t the best financially. Her husband thinks their oldest should be “rewarded” for being the best-behaved kid, and the youngest should get less because they’ve had to pay for more things for her already. Vanessa wants to split everything evenly. She loves her kids unconditionally and evenly, and thinks that’s how the will should look as well. What should Vanessa do?
