BJ & Jamie’s Bar Bingo September 23, 2026 Material Terms

For the KALC BJ and Jamie Bar Bingo on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at Pindustry, located at 7939 E Arapahoe Rd, Greenwood Village, CO 80112 you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid free ticket as a verified Station winner or Station guest in order to participate and win. Free ticket holders and guests may start checking in at Pindustry at approximately 4:00pm (MT) by locating the Station and presenting your valid free ticket and legal photo ID to the Station representatives. You must check-in, or be waiting in line to do so, by no later than 6:00pm (MT).

Each individual must have a valid free ticket and photo ID to participate. You must be present in order to check-in, guests may not check-in or participate for other individuals (no proxies), and your full party must be present in order to be seated to participate in the Bar Bingo. Each properly checked-in individual will be deemed a "Participant”. Seating is first come; first served and full party Participants will be seated by Pindustry representatives as available. Once checked in, each Participant will receive a bingo packet which contains six (6) game cards and one (1) ink dauber.

The Bar Bingo games will begin at approximately 6:00pm (MT) after check-in is completed, and continue until six (6) bingo games are completed at approximately 8:00pm (MT). Before each game starts, a Station representative will announce the winning pattern you need to complete, such as an "X", “T”, or a "Blackout", and will give complete details on how to win. Each Participant may play only one (1) bingo card per game, and may not play a bingo card for another Participant. Each space marked “FREE” on the bingo card will count as a marked space. While the winning pattern for each game may differ, as announced at the start of each game, the process for each game will proceed as follows: A Station representative will randomly draw a ball from the bingo machine and announce the number and letter on the ball. Participants with a matching space (number and letter) on their one (1) bingo card will mark the space with their ink dauber provided in their bingo packet. The Station representative will continue to randomly draw and announce bingo balls until at least one (1) Participant has marked the winning pattern on their bingo card and shouts “Bingo!”. Subject to verification of a match by a Station representative and compliance with these Contest rules, such Participant will be a winner and receive a prize. For games one (1) through five (5): (i) if two (2) people call "Bingo" at the exact same time, then subject to verification of a match by a Station representative and compliance with these Contest rules, both will be a winner and receive a prize; or (ii) if more than two (2) people call "Bingo" at the exact same time, then subject to verification of a match by a Station representative and compliance with these Contest rules, each will be included in a high/low draw where a Station representative will randomly select a bingo ball for each and the two (2) Participants with the highest number drawn will both be a winner and each receive a prize. In the event of any tie for game 6, subject to verification of a match by a Station representative and compliance with these Contest rules, a winner will be determined in a high/low draw where a Station representative will randomly select a bingo ball for each and only the one (1) Participant with the highest number drawn will win a prize. All verified winners are deemed a “Winner”. Each verified Winner will receive one (1) prize corresponding to the game in which they were verified as a Winner, and as detailed below. Only a verified Winner is entitled to a prize in this Contest. The Station shall be the sole and absolute determiner of whether or not a Participant qualifies as a verified Winner. This judgment cannot be appealed. The verified Winner(s) of Games #1-#6 will receive the prize announced at the start of each Bingo game. Prizes available to win during the entire duration of Bar Bingo are as follows:

• Two (2) tickets to Bruno Mars at The Air Force Academy’s Falcon Stadium; 4900 Stadium Blvd, Air Force Academy, CO 80840 on September 27, 2026,valued at $300.00 and courtesy of Live Nation. There will be up to two (2) winners for this prize.

Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the Winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders.

The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any Winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the Winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.
