SPECIAL OLYMPICS POLAR PLUNGE

Join Alice 105.9 out at the annual Polar Plunge and 5k Run at the Aurora Reservoir Saturday, April 1st from 9:00AM thru 1:00PM.

It's time for the Westerra Credit Union Credit Union Polar Plunge presented by Murdoch’s Ranch & Home Supply! Gather your team, choose your costumes, and make the leap together into ice cold water while supporting the athletes of Special Olympics Colorado. • All money raised will provide year-round training and athletic competition to nearly 16,000 Colorado athletes with intellectual disabilities as well as athlete leadership programs and Inclusive Health screenings
• Individuals or Teams of 2+ can participate
• Adults must raise a minimum of $80 each and Students/SOCO Athletes must raise a minimum of $50 each for the Plunge
• The 5K entry fee ranges from $30-$40 depending on the location
• Team T-Shirts and/or costumes are highly encouraged
• There are incentives for raising more than the individual minimum. Incentive prizes, at specified levels, include Polar Plunge gear. Registration closes the day prior to each event at 5pm
• Friends and family can cheer teams on while enjoying food, music, and vendors
• The Polar Plunge is a Law Enforcement Torch Run event
