Raymond and his wife have been married for 12 years and have two kids together. About 4 years ago, they decided they didn't want to have any more kids, so his wife went through a full mommy makeover which is pretty expensive, but she looks and feels great. But...now she's bringing up the idea of having another kid. He doesn't want to because all of the surgery, and money would be a "waste." He has a say in having another kid right?
