Ian’s dad runs a real estate company and does pretty well financially. His dad has always been consumed by work, which is part of the reason his parents ended up getting a divorce. Because of the separation, Ian and his mom basically lived in poverty. Ian’s dad recently reached out and offered him a job in the business. He would love to make money and it would drastically change his life, but he doesn’t want to turn into his father. Would his mom feel betrayed? What should Ian do?
