The 32-year-old took to social media this week to share video of a fall he had right as he entered the stage — crowd cheering his name and all.
In the clip, Sheeran can be seen running up from under the stage when his foot gets caught and he tumbles face first into the ground. Without missing a beat, Sheeran immediately picks himself up and strums his guitar while looking back at the camera with a grin.
“Styled it out,” Sheeran captioned the video, which so graciously shows us everything in slow motion for added entertainment.
Of course fans filled the comments section immediately, overflowing with gut-busting comments including, “When your legs don’t work like they used to before,” and “When I was 6 years old , i broke my leg…”
Sheeran is currently on tour with his Mathematics tour, his most-recent shows being at Kyocera Dome Osaka in Osaka, Japan. He is scheduled to continue the tour into late 2024.
