Fans have a lot to celebrate as the singer-songwriter announced the release of his new EP Eat Your Young, and subsequent tour kicking off fall 2023.
The EP features three tracks set to be included on his forthcoming album, Unreal Unearth, centered around the novel Dante’s Inferno. The three songs released today; “Eat Your Young,” “All Things End” and “Through Me (The Flood)” reflect upon two of the nine circles of hell: gluttony and heresy.
“This EP marks my first release of 2023, with a number of songs to drop over the coming months followed by the full album Unreal Unearth in late summer,” Hozier shared. “It’s always a gift to be able to release new music into the world and an added joy to do so on a Birthday [March 17]. I’m thrilled to have announced tour dates for this fall and to share these songs, which offer a sample of more to come.“
The newly announced Unreal Unearth Tour is slated for fall with Madison Cunningham along as support.
The trek will span 25 cities with the North American leg kicking off in St. Louis on September 9 and continuing through New York City’s Madison Square Garden, Denver’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and more before concluding at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl on November 4.
Tickets will go on sale beginning March 24 at 12pm local time. Find them here.
