Ever since Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox got together we have heard about how their romance heated up on the set of their upcoming film, Midnight in the Switchgrass. However, it seems that MGK is not a fan of the new movie.

Having spent some time on the silver screen, the opinionated singer has not only criticized the new film, but he is refusing to promote it.

On Friday the Tickets to My Downfall artist tweeted, “if i don’t talk or tweet about a movie i’m barely in it’s because it’s…” (trash.) MGK used the garbage emoji to replace the word “trash.”

While the Blonde Don may have gained an incredible, two-year-long relationship from being on the Midnight in the Switchgrass set, he has also been sorely let down by the new film.

The movie stars Bruce Willis and Megan Fox, who play two FBI agents that encounter a serial killer while investigating a sex-trafficking ring. MGK does make an appearance in the movie but is not credited.

Both Fox and MGK chose not to go to the film’s Los Angeles premiere.

As of late, MGK has run into some turbulent moments regarding his film career. MGK’s forthcoming film, Good News, has been slammed by Miller McCormick, Mac Miller’s brother. McCormick feels that the title is too similar to Mac’s first posthumous single, and feels that the movie’s storyline is similar to Mac’s real life.

The movie is about an up-and-coming artist with a difficult and troubled life. The outcry from McCormick pushed the producers to release a statement about changing the film’s title.

The statement read, “Our film is about a fictional musician on the rise with a troubled life. It’s not in any way a biopic or based on any artist’s true life. We realize the title, which was intended as an homage to Mac Miller and other artists gone too soon, feels disrespectful. We’ve heard from many people on social media who have found offense with the title so, without hesitation, we will change it.”
