So it turns out we weren't crazy, and Apple got busted. The Thieving Thieversons were found guilty of intentionally slowing down older models to make people fork over another thousand bucks for a new one. But hey, at least we're getting a piece of the $500 million setlement pie.

People who bought an iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6S, 6S Plus, 7, 7 Plus, or SE device before December 21, 2017, will be eligible to receive $25 apiece.

You could get more, though, depending on how many claims are filed, but don't spend it yet! It still has to be approved by a federal judge. I hear he's got an iPhone, though, sooo....yeeeah.
