As California State reviews recent statistics and complies with health guidelines, two Northern California Counties were just given state approval to reopen services more quickly (as reported from Fox 40 news). Butte and El Dorado counties will be among the first to reopen more quickly as they move forward into stage 2. Both counties are located in the Sierra Nevada Foothills and health officials have reported little impact from the COVID-19 pandemic.
