San Francisco assemblyman Matt Haney has introduced AB 374, a new bill that would allow for cannabis cafes to operate in the state of California. It would allow for dispensaries to sell food, non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee and tea, and allow for live music, among other things.

The hope is that this would be a boon to the local economy & could be helpful to public safety.

Haney has said that this would help cannabis businesses adapt & survive as they'll be given more opportunities to be creative & entrepreneurial.
