After weeks of teasing through behind-the-scenes videos, Mumford and Hozier are finally ready to unwrap their soulful new single to the world. It comes as the band finishes up the last remaining dates on their U.S. tour before heading to Europe for an additional trek.

“Rubber Band Man” was recorded at Long Pond Studios in upstate New York alongside The National's Aaron Dessner. You might remember Dessner was at the helm for the band's album, Wilder Mind, which arrived in 2015. As for Hozier, their friendship dates back to 2017 according to a release, when he joined Mumford & Sons on stage for a cover of The Beatles, "A Little Help From My Friends."

After a few years away from the spotlight, 2025 has been a busy one for Mumford & Sons. Beyond the recent tour, the band released their fifth studio album, Rushmere, in March. Produced by Dave Cobb, the project saw the trio return their folk roots in many ways, as the effort landed at number one on the UK charts and debuted in the top 20 in the United States.

Don't miss the WORLD PREMIERE of "Rubber Band Man," now playing.
