Tierra Madre - Thirst-quenching, crisp & snappy are all adjectives that come to mind when drinking this fresh, light Mexican-style lager. We use Vienna malt and corn to give the malt profile just enough oomph to separate this beer from its mass produced imported and domestic counterparts. Authentic lager yeast and cold fermentation ensure it ends up a dry, even-keeled session beer.

Cali Creamin' Nitro - Everything you love about Cali Creamin' but served up in a soft, pillowy nitro infused beer. Just look at that cascading glass!

Project X - Head Case - Hazy IPA - Head Case is the first in the series to feature our new crop year of Citra and Galaxy hops, which are both showing really strong stone fruit, tropical fruit, citrus, and ripe berry notes. Utilizing a “cool-pooling” technique to preserve non-volatile hop flavor compounds, we are able to extract maximum mid-palate flavor and aroma, while not pulling through any additional bitterness, resulting in a super soft, smooth finish.

Thursday 5/18
Big Mother IIIPA- Big, but not too boozy, massively hopped, and just enough malt character to balance the higher alcohol and lingering bitterness. A whirlpool and dry hop assault lends aromas and flavors of apricot, navel oranges, red grapefruit, and papaya.

4 Seasons Winter '22 - Big bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout with a few additions that might make you think you're enjoying smores over a campfire more than a well crafted beer.
