Nickel Beer - Overnight to Julian - One of the first "Wet hop" beers that Nickel Beer Co made with hops from outside the local area, Tom and the crew tapped a small hop farm in Chico that grows Cascade and Chinook hops and had them send the bundle "overnight to Julian."

Nickel Beer - My Way IPA - Fresh hop season day 2! Another creation from Nickel Beer using fresh Strada hops from Oregon. This hop gives off similar vibes to Mosaic but with a tad more earthiness and the way Tom uses it makes this a crushingly good IPA made "his way."
Paired with: Pork Belly Tacos and Chili Relleno Tacos
