Best Buy is joining the long list of retailers who will now mandate that customers wear face coverings while shopping in their stores.
The Minnesota-based electronics superstore say that because of the spike in COVID-19 cases around America the face-covering mandate is necessary to keep their employees and customers safe.
If customers don't have face coverings on them the store will provide them one.
In a statement, Best Buy says that they believe that statewide mask policies are an appropriate public health response to help protect their employees and their communities.
Best Buy joins retailers like Costco, Apple, Starbucks, Menards, Verizon and more.
Best Buy's new mask policy goes into effect on July 15th.
