DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Deion Sanders will no longer be appearing on the NFL Network, John Ourand of the Sports Business Journal reported Tuesday morning.
According to Ourand's source, Sanders' contract was up and the former defensive back elected to leave the network. 'Prime Time' had been with the network since 2006.
NFL Network released a statement following the news, according to Andrew Marchand.
The former Cowboy worked as an analyst and hosted GameDay Prime every Sunday night, providing interviews with top-performing players from the day's games.
Sanders is a two-time Super Bowl champion and a six-time first-team All-Pro. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2011.
