(WBEN) - An elementary school principal faces a DWI charge after being pulled over by troopers last week.
State Police say 40-year-old Amy Moeller, principal of Hillview Elementary School, was spotted driving on Transit Rd, Clarence, without tail lights or head lights on.
Troopers say Moeller, of Amherst, failed field sobriety tests. Moeller was arrested and provided a breath sample of .13% BAC.
She was charged with DWI and released with a return court date in Clarence.
