Even if you're not Catholic--or are an incredibly lapsed Catholic like me--today being the first day of Lent might have inspired you to see if there's anything you'd like to give up for a while, breaking-bad-habits wise. The morning show asked what we could never, ever give up, and my answer was my favorite facebook group, devoted to chonky cats. Which got me thinking about all of us who give up social media for Lent, and if there might be a better way to do it than going all the way off.
