Contest Rules

These Contest rules are specific to the above Contest conducted by Audacy Pennsylvania, LLC d/b/a WBEB-FM (collectively, the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific Contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this Contest as well. A copy of these specific Contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available on the Station’s website at www.b101philly.com/rules. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this contest. As a preventative measure in light of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, copies of the specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules will not be available at the Station’s studio. To the extent the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this contest.

How to Enter and Win

No purchase necessary or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the “Best Christmas Ever Contest” (the “Contest”).

Starting on November 28, 2022 and ending on December 23, 2022 listen to the Station each weekday between the hours of 7:00am (ET) and 5:00pm (ET) for the “Cue to Call” to try win a prize on WBEB-FM’s Best Christmas Ever. Upon hearing the Cue to Call, caller number ten (10) to get through to the Station’s contest line at 888-333-B101 and upon verification of eligibility will win the Prize that was announced for that Cue to Call.

There will be a total of one-hundred and sixty (160) Prizes available in this Contest; each Prize will be announced at the time of each Cue to Call. There will be no less than eight (8) Cues to Call aired each weekday during the Contest. Only calls received at the preceding phone number are eligible to participate in this Contest.

WARNING: Online listeners to streamed broadcasts may experience a lag in transmissions due to buffering limitations. Contest Participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts.

Only those calls to the Station’s specific phone number provided at the time calls are solicited shall be eligible to win. Calls to the main Station phone number or any other phone number shall not be accepted for entry to this Contest.

The Member Advantage: Persons who are members of the Station’s Insider Club may receive, from time to time, an email informing them in advance of the time range within which the Cue to Call in this Contest will be played on a particular day. However, they will receive no advantage in calling to win. Membership is free. To become a Member, go to www.b101radio.com. Station is not responsible for failure to receive e-mail or access its website. 

Prizes

Odds of winning depend upon the order and number of phone calls received for each Cue to Call.

Up to one-hundred and sixty (160) Prizes will be awarded in this Contest (each a “Prize”). Each verified winner in this Contest will receive one (1) of the following Prizes (which will be announced on-air prior to each Cue to Call):

Twenty (20) Prizes are each one (1) $250 Acme Market gift card, courtesy of Acme. 

Twenty (20) Prizes are each one (1) $250 VISA gift card, courtesy of Delaware Valley Honda Dealers. Card can be used everywhere VISA Debit Cards are accepted in the United States. 

Thirteen (13) Prizes are each one (1) VIZIO 40” Class D-Series FHD LED Smart TV D40f-J09, valued at $213.84, courtesy of the Station.

Ten (10) Prizes are each one (1) gift pack of $270 in New Jersey Lottery Scratch-off Lottery Tickets, courtesy of the New Jersey Lottery.

Ten (10) Prizes are each one (1) $250 VISA gift card, courtesy of Agora. Card can be used everywhere VISA Debit Cards are accepted in the United States. 

Ten (10) Prizes are each one (1) Philadelphia Flyers Santa Sack Gift Pack, consisting of (i) two (2) Lower-level tickets to a to be determined 2022-2023 regular season Flyers home game; (ii) one (1) 2022 collectible Gritty ornament; (iii) one (1) Flyers autographed puck (player randomly assigned); (iv) one (1) Gritty Paw Ice scraper; and (v) two (2) lower level tickets to a to be determined 2022-2023 regular season Wings Lacrosse home game, valued at $279 and courtesy of the Philadelphia Flyers.

Ten (10) Prizes are each four (4) tickets to Longwood Gardens (expiration date is 11/8/24) and a $150 Longwood Gardens gift card good (no expiration date) for the restaurant or shopping at Longwood Gardens, total prize valued at $250 and courtesy of Longwood Gardens.  

Ten (10) Prizes are each four (4) tickets to Dutch Wonderland – good anytime during the 2023 season and expires 12/30/23, valued at $259.96 and courtesy of Visit Lancaster.

Eight (8) Prizes are each one (1) Ring Video Doorbell with solar panel, valued at $150 and courtesy of the Station.

Five (5) Prizes each are one (1) $250 Pandora gift card, courtesy of Pandora Jewelers.  

Five (5) Prizes each are eight (8) tickets to the Philadelphia Zoo, valued at $192 and courtesy of The Philadelphia Zoo. Expiration date is 12/31/23.

Five (5) Prizes each are one (1) pair of Upfront tickets in a to be determined row between one (1) and five (5) to see P!NK at Citizens Bank Park on September 18, 2023, valued at $578, courtesy of Live Nation.

Its not redeemable for cash. For balance information refer to your last receipt or visit Tierra Columbiana and Mixto. Lost or stolen cards may not be replaced. This card has no value unless purchased. 

One (1) Prize is a $250 gift card to Malbec Argentine Steakhouse, courtesy of the Center City District. You may use this card by presenting it for payment when making a purchase. This is not a credit/debit card and has no implied warranties. Merchant is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Card is redeemable for purchases only. Unused value remains on card and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

One (1) Prize is a $250 gift card to La Fontana Della Citta, courtesy of the Center City District. This is not a credit/debit card and has no implied warranties. Merchant is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Cards cannot be used toward gratuities. Unused value remains on card and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. 

One (1) Prize is a $250 gift card to Little Nonna’s, courtesy of the Center City District. This gift card is redeemable for food & beverage purchase at participating Safran Turney Hospitality restaurants. STH gift cards may not be available for use at partner locations. Gift cards cannot be used for online purchases or private events. Gift cards must be presented at time of payment. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift card is not redeemable for cash. 

One (1) Prize is a $250 gift card to Devon Seafood Grill, courtesy of the Center City District. This Card is issued by MOCGC, Corp. and may be used to purchase goods and services at any participating Bristol or Devon location until the full balance is used. The card has no cash value; except as required by law, its is no redeemable for cash. It will not be replaced if lost, stolen, altered or damaged. Any resale is strictly prohibited.

One (1) Prize is a $250 gift certificate to La Viola East, courtesy of the Center City District. No expiration date.
