As Baylee detailed his musical journey from Country to Pop, culminating in his new single, “So Be It,” Brian beamed as a proud father and seasoned veteran of the industry, offering a unique perspective on his son’s growth. "There's all these things that Baylee has yet to go through that I will be right there by his side to help him navigate,” shares Brian. “It's just the experience, you know, but he has to be his own man... he's got to go do the work and that's the best part about it."

The elder Littrell knows all about the grind, with 30-plus years with the Backstreet Boys and an enduring success that comes with a lot of hard work. "The fans just keep you alive,” he admits. “We've always talked about, always preached, this is a marathon, it's not a sprint."

Brian notes that their success has come full circle, as original fans are now bringing their own children to Backstreet Boys shows, and the next generation of the Littrell family is carving out his own lane for success. But just as Brian has plenty of advice to offer Baylee, his son has some wisdom of his own to share with his father.

“I would tell him to keep enjoying what he's doing,” says Baylee. “He just now allowed himself to enjoy and step back, and actually take in everything that's happening to him."

“They didn't really get to experience the joy of ‘Millennium’ when ‘Millennium’ dropped because the label was like, ‘all right, ‘Black & Blue,’ let's go, another record.’ They didn't get to stop. So now all the boys are actually having time to reflect, enjoy.”

Now the group finally feels like, “we made it,” as The Sphere residency continues to wow people and invite new folks into the fandom. “It's a new joy on everybody's faces,” smiles Brian.
