Britney Spears may be a star, but she wasn’t so lucky after her car reportedly ran out of gas on a busy Los Angeles highway Tuesday night, according to multiple reports.

Officers received a report of a white Mercedes that was blocking the third lane southbound on the 101 around 10PM, TMZ reported. The popstar reportedly told officer she had ran out of gas as she was driving.
Officers with the California Highway Patrol were able to get the car out of the way. Spears thanked officers, who waited with her until her husband, Sam Asghari, picked her up.
In April, the 40-year-old was ticketed by highway patrol officers for driving “at an unsafe speed.”
Spears recalimed her driving privileges after her conservatorship ended in Novemeber.
