Hugh Douglas was not a happy camper after watching the Eagles get trounced by the rival Cowboys on national television, and called out the players and their effort in what was a second straight lopsided loss.
"It's one thing to lose. They looked disinterested," Hugh said. "Back-to-back ass whoopings. You don't look like a team that is destined to go to the Super Bowl, on both sides of the ball.
"I'm still trying to process what I saw in this game. It was so one-sided…we gave up."
Hugh focused the bulk of his blame on the Eagles secondary, which he said looked like a mess even before the ball was snapped.
"We're in Week 14, and we're still having mental errors in the back end," Hugh sais. "It didn't look like, at any time, anybody knew who they were supposed to have when guys started moving around."
What makes it hurt even more for Hugh is the fact that the Eagles' hated rivals might actually be for real.
"The Dallas Cowboys look good, man," Hugh said. "That hurts me to say."
