DeCamara expects Eagles' loss to Bengals: 'Burrow greater than Hurts'
Joe DeCamara is worried the Eagles will lose on Sunday at the Cincinnati Bengals because of one simple, but key matchup: Quarterback.
"My expectations is that they will not win," DeCamara said of the Eagles on Friday's 94WIP Morning Show. "Joe Burrow greater than Jalen Hurts and that's what worries me a lot."
DeCamara added because of: a) the Eagles' defense playing much better over the last two games and b) A.J. Brown and Saquon Barkley, the Eagles can still win the game, of course.
"Joe Burrow greater than Jalen Hurts," he said after Jon Ritchie pushed back. "Am I wrong? Yeah, that's pretty much it."
While the Eagles are 4-2 and the Bengals are 3-4, Burrow is having a better season than Hurts so far.
Burrow has completed 70.4-percent of passes and thrown for 1,759 yards, 14 touchdowns and two interceptions.
Hurts has completed 67.8-percent of passes and thrown for 1,308 yards, seven touchdowns and four interceptions.
On the ground, however, Hurts has rushed for 218 yards and four touchdowns to Burrow's 91 rushing yards and one rushing score.
