Tyrese Maxey is leading the NBA in scoring (37.5 PPG) and the Philadelphia 76ers are 4-0. Go figure.
Maxey joins Russell Westbrook as only the second player in NBA history to record 150+ points and 30+ assists through the first four games of a season and the "MVP" chants have begun.
Rookie and third overall pick V.J. Edgecombe is averaging an extremely impressive 22.3 points, 5.8 rebounds, 5.5 assists, 1.5 steals, and 0.5 blocks shooting 47.1 FG%/ 42.9 3P% / 78.6 FT%.
Obviously, it's early, but the Sixers are doing this with Joel Embiid playing just 20 minutes per game, without Paul George and without Jared McCain.
