Honoring the 10 year anniversary of Kanye West’s, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, Kim Kardashian revealed the inspiration behind one of its songs, and guess what, it’s her.

The track, which features Bon Iver, was released in 2012, two years before Kimye was a thing, but apparently, Kanye got the lyrics directly from a card he wrote for his then-friend's 30th birthday.

"Happy 10-year anniversary to Kanye’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy album," Kim posted. "For those [who] don’t know the story behind 'Lost In The World."

“Kanye couldn’t come up with some of the lyrics,” Kim shared in the tweet that followed, “but then realized he had them in a poem he had written me that was my birthday card he gave me for my 30th birthday. He took the poem he wrote me and made it the song. I keep everything!” Kim also shared two snaps of the card, which included Kanye masterpiece stick figure drawing.

Commenters were quick to share their harsh thoughts on the poem and its spelling errors, with one follower writing, "it’s the spelling of yacht for me,” and another noting, “ummmm he called you his hell and his jail?” While others did the math, realizing Kim would have received the loving gesture around the time she was still with basketball player, Kris Humphries.

For those true fans out there, this comes as no surprise, as it’s not the first time Kanye has used his lyrics as a vessel to express his love for Kim. It might have been one of the first times, but we just happened to have no idea.

One reference we all should be familiar with, is off his 2012 Cruel Summer album on the track “Cold.” Kanye raps about falling for Kim while she was dating someone else (hint: it’s Kris Humphries). "And I'll admit, I had fell in love with Kim / Around the same time she had fell in love with him," he rapped. "Well that's cool, baby girl, do ya thang / Lucky I ain't had Jay drop him from the team." At that point Kim was fresh off her 72 day marriage to Humphries and in the early stages of her romance with Yeezy.

Fast forward to now, Kim and Kanye are now Kimye, a power couple with four children, and everything Kanye drew their future to have. And because Kim keeps everything, that also includes a time capsule of their early love. S'cute, we love that for them.
