For the ' Nurses Appreciation Celebration Presented by Saint Xavier University ' contest, you can enter between 12:01AM (CT) on Wednesday, June 1, 2023 and 11:59PM on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, by clicking on the ‘CONTESTS’ tab on US99.com, then the 'Nurses Appreciation Celebration Presented by Saint Xavier University' contest link or visiting us99.com.com/nurses, and completing the entry form. The entry form includes the profession/field of work for the Entrant. At or around approximately 10:00AM on Wednesday, June 15, 2023, ten (10) qualifying entrants will be randomly selected from all entries received, and upon verification, will receive one (1) $100 VISA gift card and a minimum of one (1) on-air shout out, including entrant’s name and place of work on any of the following participating Stations: WBBM-FM, WUSN-FM and/or WBMX-FM and will run at a date/time determined by the Station between June 20, 2023 and Sunday, June 26 2023. There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner selected from all ten (10) of the qualifying Entrants in this contest. The Grand Prize awarded will be one (1) $1,000 VISA Gift Card. The Station is not responsible for verifying the employment of the Entrants in this contest. All Qualifying Prize(s) are valued at $100; the Grand Prize has a value of $1,000.
