For the B96 Boarding Pass, from 9/11/23 - 10/6/23, listen between 7a CT and 6:59p CT each weekday for the codeword announcement on B96. After the codeword announcement, enter the corresponding codeword and complete the entry form at www.b96.com. Online listeners to streamed broadcasts may experience a lag in transmissions due to buffering limitations. Contest participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts. At approx. Noon each weekday during the contesting period, one (1) winner each day will be selected at random for a total of twenty (20) winners, subject to verification and eligibility and compliance to the contest rules. Winner and guest must be 21 or older to win. Limit one (1) winner per contest period. Upon verification, winner will then choose between either a) 3-night stay at RIU Palace Peninsula in Cancun b) 3-night stay at RIU Palace Las Americas in Cancun c) 3-night stay at RIU Cancun in Cancun d) 3-night stay at RIU Caribe in Cancun e) 3-night stay at RIU Palace Kukulkan in Cancun. Approx. value for each trip $2,000. Prize courtesy of Apple Vacations. Trips must be taken by October 6, 2024. Prize selection is first come first serve upon verification. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, etc. Audacy is not responsible for taxes, transportation, resort fees, etc. Winners are solely responsible for any and all costs and expenses related to a Prize, the acceptance of a Prize, and/or the use of a Prize in any manner not specified in either the Rules or the terms, conditions, or restrictions applicable to such Prize. Winners are responsible for paying all applicable local, county, state and federal taxes on Prizes based on the estimated retail value of the Prize, as set forth in the Contest Rules, and may be issued an IRS Form-1099 for all Prizes won from the Station in any calendar year where the aggregate value of all such Prizes is $600 or more.

The winner will receive an Apple Vacations prize form which must be completed and sent by email to applevacationspromotions@applelg.net 45 days or less prior to departure and no less than 14 days prior to departure.  

Reservations must be made through the Apple Vacations Promotions Department. Apple Vacations are unable to accept reservation requests by phone or in person. Trip is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Apple Vacations reserves the right to substitute the vacation with another on ENVF air and of equal value, equal rating or within the same hotel chain should any unforeseen circumstance occur. If the winner contacts the hotel or airline, trip will be forfeited in full.

Winner must be 21 years or older and travel with a valid passport. ALG Vacations staff and family members are not eligible to win or travel. The winner and guest must travel on the same dates, same reservation number and flights – no deviations allowed.  

Departure and arrival taxes and Trip Mate Part B Travel Protection (approximately $100 - $250 per person, subject to change) will be advised by Promotional Bookings and must be paid by the traveler to Apple Vacations prior to departure within the time stated on your confirmation email. Air carrier baggage charges are the responsibility of the traveling passenger. Any optional service fees including seat selection, meals, and drinks are not included. Environmental tax may apply at hotel check-in. Allow an average of 1-2 weeks to receive a confirmation on your trip. 

Apple Vacations will email travel documents for your flight and hotel once once the winner signs all required documents including the Apple Vacations prize form. No changes can be made once confirmed. A cancellation will result in the forfeiture of this certificate.   

Hotel amenities offered as printed on your travel itinerary do not apply to promotional reservations including: room upgrades, resort credits, honeymoon gifts, coupons, discounts, etc., Additional restrictions may apply.  

Restricted dates of travel include: 5 days prior to and after holidays such as Spring Break, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and other U.S. government holidays (i.e. Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, etc.)

Trips are subject to availability and blackout dates. Additional restrictions may apply.  

Apple Vacations cannot provide upgrades on promotional rooms. Please ask upon arrival at front desk for cost of upgrade. 

The parties are acting as independent contractors with respect to each other. Neither party undertakes by this Agreement, or otherwise, to perform any obligation of the other party. Neither party shall be construed as an employee, agent, legal representative, partner or joint venture of the other, or acting as the agent of the other in any respect, all other provisions of this Agreement, notwithstanding. Neither party shall have the authority to contract for or bind the other in any manner and shall not represent itself as an agent of the other party or as otherwise authorized to act for or on behalf of the other party.  

The winner and any guest(s) must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use and redemption of the prize. These restrictions are not subject to negotiation. Refusal to comply with the applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The station and sponsors are not responsible for replacing or reimbursing any Winner with any form of compensation for events that are cancelled, nor will any alternate prize be provided. Redeeming and/or using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s) to have a valid email address. Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address. THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST CANNOT BE REDEEMED OR USED BY ANY MEANS OTHER THAN THE DESIGNATED THIRD-PARTY MOBILE TICKETING APP FOR THIS PRIZE.
