The tour will kick off on October 1, 2021 in Sacramento, CA and will see Brown playing shows across the country before he wraps up his tour on February 4, 2022 in Las Vegas.
The first half of the tour will feature Jordan Davis, who will be providing support on all shows until December 4 in Charlotte. The remainder of the tour will see support from Chase Rice as he joins Kane Brown beginning with the January 6, 2022 concert in Indianapolis.
Brown’s Blessed & Free Tour will see the Country superstar visit all 29 NBA basketball arenas throughout the tour. Once the tour concludes, Brown will become the first Country artist in history to headline every NBA basketball arena in a single tour. In 2020, Brown played in the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game during the NBA All-Star weekend in Chicago.
While Brown will certainly be excited to hit the road and get back on stage again, he made great use of his time while touring was paused. In a recent conversation with Audacy’s Katie Neal, Brown touched on the new music he’s been working on in quarantine.
"I started writing a song the other day for her," he said. "But it's still kind of like my song for my daughter. A song from before I even met her, and now she hasn't grown up enough yet for me to really write anything about her. I was kind of saying, 'you're one now, when I blink you're gonna be eighteen.' It's that kind of songwriting now."
Brown also revealed that he’s "got a good group of songs together” that will be a part of his next release. “I know a lot of people are wondering if there's just going to be songs added to the first EP or if we're going to have a second EP,” he said. “I will tell you that... 'Worship You' will probably be the only song that comes over for the rest of the album. You'll have 14 to 11 new songs to come out."
